My name is Fabian Wichmann, and I focus on understanding and addressing radicalisation, violent extremism, and terrorism. Through decon:rad, I combine my expertise with practical strategies to challenge extremist ideologies and open pathways to change.

Deconstruction helps reveal how beliefs are shaped by context, allowing us to question certainties, dismantle rigid thought patterns, and foster new perspectives. This approach is key in deradicalization work, enabling individuals to redefine their identities and adopt alternative narratives.

Beyond theory, with this platform I want to provide insight into my campaigns and activities aimed at raising awareness, challenging extremism, and broadening public understanding. Drawing on years of experience in exit counseling, P/CVE, and strategic communication, I strive to inspire reflection and empower change through knowledge and action.
