About me
I have been working in the field of right-wing extremism prevention since 2006. Through my many years of practical work in the field of extremism prevention, I have gained experience in the field of radicalisation and deradicalisation processes, especially in the areas of analysis, intervention, family counselling and exit counselling.
I’ve implemented several successful and internationally recognised campaigns, published articles on the subject of right-wing extremism and worked as a spokesperson, expert or on the advisory board of various projects or initiatives. In addition, I was co-chair of the Radicalisation Awareness Network (RAN) working group Communication & Narratives and RAN Ambassador for over four years.
In my work, I have advised and trained various actors in dealing with right-wing extremist manifestations, including politicians, media, NGO’s, foundations, police forces and companies for example Meta, fritz-cola or Deutsche Telekom. For 18 years I was also Senior Case Manager, PR and Campaigner at Exit Germany.
I am currently the Co-Leader of the Thematic Panel on Ideologies and Conspiracy Narratives within the EU Knowledge Hub on the Prevention of Radicalisation.
